Conceived for your every pleasure, the 4,900ft² house offers 4 luxury 512ft² suites, a billiard table, a grand lounge giving onto the historic Place de la Republique, and a dining room and kitchen which both open to a large terrace overlooking a delightful and lush walled garden with a big swimming pool and adjoining ground floor training room.

This beautiful fin du siècle town house built in 1865, has been lovingly renovated while preserving its fine character, the lofty ceilings, glass paneled doors, carved marble chimneys, antique parquet floors and cast iron molded radiators. 
Three stories high, its rooms radiate off from a magnificent spiral staircase and cupola. On the ground floor, there are two lovely bedroom suites and a training room; on the first floor, a billiard table and spacious lounge, a library, dining room and kitchen with a terrace overlooking the garden, and, on the second floor are another two exclusive bedroom suites.

Each suite having its own character and ambience, offers abundant space and charm, with all comforts, including a bedroom, living room and bathroom with walk-in shower. 
All suites are appropriate for two guests, with double or twin beds.

After a day of sightseeing in the Bergerac area, come home to make the most of the afternoon, on comfortable sofas in the lounge, on the terrace or during sunny days unwind in the shady, verdant garden, swim in the tranquil 11m x 5m pool, and chill on the deck chairs.
